i'm very happy to face the new year, its february now and tomorrow is 14th!

I wanted to show how love can move people hearts from stone into real one, when a person didnt understand what is life,

the love of God changes people into a new person! human have their vision and mision in live, without one, who can step ahead? dreams, money, happiness, wealth, all of them is dreams that move people to live on. how about christians?

we, as Christian move our lives for Christ who die for us.. The Godly man called Christ, suffer and die to redeem us from sin. How big is HIS love for us who hate HIM? lets turn around and see how much we hurt and disappoint our God?

we are given a new life, a new chances, but when we face the world, so much things make us forget about Him... we are not an inch worth of His love.. I remembered how much is His love?

lets hope that every second, after we knew how precious is our live, lets learn about Him more, love Him more, live for Him more.. until the end...

1. Begin reading your Bible this very day. The way to do a thing — is to do it; and the way to read the Bible — is actually to read it! It is not merely meaning, or wishing, or resolving, or intending, or thinking about it — which will advance you one step. You must positively read. There is no royal road in this matter, any more than in the matter of prayer. If you cannot read yourself, you must persuade somebody else to read it to you. But one way or another, through eyes or ears — the words of Scripture must actually pass before your mind.

2. Read the Bible with an earnest desire to understand it. Do not think for a moment, that the great object is to turn over a certain quantity of printed paper, and that it matters nothing whether you understand it or not. Some ignorant people seem to imagine, that all is done if they advance so many chapters every day, though they may not have a notion what they are all about, and only know that they have pushed on their bookmark ahead so many pages. This is turning Bible reading into a mere ritual form. Settle it down in your mind as a general principle, that a Bible not understood — is a Bible that does no good! Say to yourself often as you read, “What is this all about?” Dig for the meaning like a man digging for gold.

3. Read the Bible with child-like faith and humility. Open your heart — as you open God’s book, and say, “Speak, Lord, for your servant is listening!” Resolve to believe implicitly whatever you find there, however much it may run counter to your own desires and prejudices. Resolve to receive heartily every statement of truth — whether you like it or not. Beware of that miserable habit into which some readers of the Bible fall — they receive some doctrines because they like them; and they reject others because they are condemning to themselves, or to some relation, or friend. At this rate, the Bible is useless! Are we to be judges of what ought to be in God’s Word? Do we know better than God? Settle it down in your mind — that you will receive all and believe all, and that what you cannot understand — you will take on trust. Remember, when you pray — that you are speaking to God, and God hears you. But, remember, when you read Scripture — that God is speaking to you, and you are not to “dictate,” but to listen!

4. Read the Bible in a spirit of obedience and self-application. Sit down to the study of it with a daily determination that you will live by its rules, rest on its statements, and act on its commands. Consider, as you travel through every chapter, “How does this affect my thinking and daily conduct? What does this teach me?” It is poor work to read the Bible from mere curiosity, and for speculative purposes — in order to fill your head and store your mind with mere opinions; while you do not allow the book to influence your heart and life. That Bible is read best — which is practiced most!

5. Read the Bible daily. Make it a part of every day’s business to read and meditate on some portion of God’s Word. Private means of grace are just as needful every day for our souls — as food and clothing are for our bodies. Yesterday’s food will not feed the laborer today; and today’s food will not feed the laborer tomorrow. Do as the Israelites did in the wilderness. Gather your manna fresh every morning. Choose your own seasons and hours. Do not scramble over and hurry your reading. Give your Bible the best, and not the worst part of your time! But whatever plan you pursue, let it be a rule of your life to visit the throne of grace and God’s Word every day.

6. Read all of the Bible — and read it in an orderly way. I fear there are many parts of the Word which some people never read at all. This is to say at the least, a very presumptuous habit. “All Scripture is profitable.” [2 Timothy 3:16]. To this habit may be traced that lack of well-proportioned views of truth, which is so common in this day. Some people’s Bible-reading is a system of perpetual ‘dipping and picking’. They do not seem to have an idea of regularly going through the whole book.

7. Read the Bible fairly and honestly. Determine to take everything in its plain, obvious meaning — and regard all forced interpretations with great suspicion. As a general rule, whatever a verse of the Bible seems to mean — it does mean! Cecil’s rule is a very valuable one, “The right way of interpreting Scripture is to take it as we find it, without any attempt to force it into any particular theological system.”

8. Read the Bible with Christ continually in view. The grand primary object of all Scripture, is to testify of Jesus! Old Testament ceremonies are shadows of Christ. Old Testament judges are types of Christ. Old Testament prophecies are full of Christ’s sufferings, and of Christ’s glory yet to come. The first coming and the second; the Lord’s humiliation and His glorious kingdom; His cross and the crown shine forth everywhere in the Bible. Keep fast hold on this clue, if you would read the Bible aright!

I might easily add to these hints, if space permitted. Few and short as they are — you will find them most profitable when implemented.

Reading Bible is when God speak to you and let you understand His commands and do it in our life, our relationship to God will be progressive everyday with joy and that is the most valuable thing is our life :)

Basically, i love to have a nice dinner (not the expensive place i meant, but family gather around in a table) with my family and my boyfriend :) such a sweet moment but the problem is i dont like eating too much and i am confused about what im going to talk about with them..

Eating together meaning that we spend about 2 hours more or less with them talking about everything... but sometimes i am clueless what am i going to say. I smile a lot and enjoying the food though... what a chinese new year! :)

i hope not only in chinese new year, but every 3 months or anytime we can spend the time together as a big family with openess and honesty to talk about and enjoying the time together... :)

it is the beginning of a new lesson, new spirit and new problems! ha-ha-ha
who said its just the same?

when you have a chance to cross the new year of 2012, this is not coincidence, its a gift from God.

when you have heard the Truth and havent done a thing to do the right thing, its now the time.

you must count how many blessing that God gave to you a year ago, and how much is your debt to God?

honestly, these 2 weeks of beginning, i didnt change at all, i almost gave up my life to sin... but after i heard the book of John commentaries... Jesus said: "I am the Way, the Truth and the Life".

I've search for many things to satisfy my boring ness in last week, i almost forgot, that God is the Truth. TRUTH can fill my life and satisfy my heart fully (I believe that). HIS loving kindness is better than my life.

God, Jesus Christ searched for me and found me first so i can take His hand... lets be a true Christian, so we can always realize that we are living before God... :) learn His words, search His will and do His command as our love to Him..

we know that Christmas is when Christ was born to save us from sin, and still we forgot that precious moment to reflect what we did in these years...

what we did is.. partying, giving presents, drinking, free-sex, dancing, and etc etc....

who are we???!!!

we are the human who has fall, who did sin before the God...

but God gave His only SON to die for us, to save us from the wrath of God.. we should be dying now and later, but Christ our Lord came from heaven to be flesh, the baby born from virgin Mary...

He is our hope...

He is our saviour...

we are not exactly worthy to be save, coz we are people of wrath... no one remember God.. no one remember HIS LOVE for us..

DO REMEMBER how God save us, start from the moment of Christmas!

I realized how beautiful this oratorio is!! at least i listened some of it in Live @ Aula Simfonia Jakarta
when Janice Chandler sing 'Hear Ye Israel' with a beautiful song and expressively with faith and knowledge, we the Choir who will sing 'Be Not Afraid' with faith and blended voices and say...

'BE NOT AFRAID SAITH GOD THE LORD!

'BE NOT AFRAID THY HELP IS NEAR!'

and the choir goes

'Though thousand languish and fall beside thee and ten of thousand around thee perish,

... and still it shall not come nigh thee',

it is when Elijah in the Bible was running away from the chase of the Queen of Sheba, he was alone but God is with him. So the angels of God came upon him and said BE NOT AFRAID! :)

With God is the majority!
God of Israel is our God the creator of heaven and earth!
And He is our God until now who save us from sin and death.... :' Praise the Lord for His Faithfulness is forever!

hello,

I am very shock to know and realized, in these 19 years, i've never really serious thinking to share the gospel to other people.

these days, i knew something is not right with my life, my identity and my existence. I learn about God and His words, i study them and i learn to apply how i must live as a christian.

living as a christian, is not ONLY about how much you know about the doctrine and the belief that you believe. but... Christian always telling people how they LOVE GOD, but they DON'T want to share their love to God and share the GOOD news to others, that is very RIDICULOUS!

What i learn is Christian is identical with evangelizing, share the gospel is not only what Reverent do, but WE ARE AS WELL!
how many person that we already share the gospel, how many lives that never heard of Jesus and His salvation for us? evangelization is the WILL OF GOD! (Matthew 28:19-20) let us obey and be the real light to others.

how many people is on the way to the HELL and we doesnt care that and just go on with our too-busy-to-care-for-others things ?? lets repent! because the kingdom of God is near, and we haven't done a thing!!!

the world enjoy seeing us too busy with money, too busy with study, too busy with playing, too busy with having fun!, but after we walk into death, we are lost.. nothing... because the most ABSOLUTE and significant thing we forgot to do, and we just running to do many relative things that will be in vain...

this is what i feel in the past weeks.. and the final exam is coming up with also the gospel rally too... how should i respond? :) lets pray so God can give us love to Him and to others so we have bravery to tell others the gospel the love of God to us...

this is very urgent.... lets pray together... how much time that we want to waste more?? :((

I am very spirited to wait until tomorrow's gospel rally (KKR - Kebaktian Kebangunan Rohani)
this is the time for every Christian pray for a revival! Even though we think that every people just doing fine, we don't realize the spiritual war in every second, in every moment, in every decision we make in our life.
We must pray a LOT than we think, we must realize how SMALL we are before God. We are relying unto God every sec, we just TOO forgetful and take-it-for-granted for every grace that God give to us, indeed, we are blinded by sin.

in the end of the year, this december, 8th - 11th December 2011, is the climax where thousands people will come to GELORA BUNG KARNO SENAYAN, where God's word will be preach! How Christ die for us, because he love us! the true love is not came first from man, but from God... He is Love himself. He is the LIFE himself... you want to know more??

aku belum terbiasa menulis 2011 sampai saat ini, karna waktu nya terbang cepat sekali.
sudah kesekian kali nya ku salah menulis tahun. ckck
kenapa waktu begitu cepat? padahal banyak sekali yang belum ku selesaikan
utang membaca buku, utang menulis,utang melayani, utang sabar, utang baca Alkitab, utang sabar, DOSA ku tralu berlebihan malahan.

saat ini apa yg harus kita komit kan dalam tahun yg baru ini?

harus di pikirkan kah??

HARUS! karena hidup kita ga boleh seenak nya, mo ngapain ya ngapain, mo makan ini ya makan ini, emang segampang itu kah??
kita udah terlalu kelelep dengan spirit zaman ini yg salah.. apapun di relatifkan, apapun untuk kenyamanan diri...

Tahun 2011, mari kita blajar pikirkan, apa yang harus kita kerjakan? Apa tuntutan Tuhan bagi kita? harus belajar apa saja dan sampai segimana? semua itu harus di pikirkan dan dikerjakan. Konsisten dan setia belajar mengenal Tuhan dan semakin ingin mengerti apa sih yg harus di lakukan saat ini? saat Dunia di jadikan, saat manusia di ciptakan, semua itu tidak terjadi karena kebetulan, semua berada dalam kedaulatan Allah. (John calvin bilang nya: The Sovereignty of God)

Banyak sekali kegagalan di taun kmrn, sampe bulan ini sekalipun, tapi itu tidak bs jadi excuse kalau kita memang terbatas, mari kita berjuang (with the Grace of God and the work of Holy Spirit) untuk menebus itu semua.

Paulus mengatakan: Tebuslah waktu ini!
waktu itu anugrah, setiap detik dan menit dan jam slalu di ambil oleh Tuhan, smakin dikit SPAN LIFE kita...

bukan kah itu sukacita saat kita dapat hidup PLEASING God di dalam keluasaan hidup ini? :')

A harp delight from Aula Simfonia

When Jakarta’s traffic was reduced to almost a standstill due to a sudden thunderstorm, another storm was taking place at Aula Simfonia Jakarta.

This storm was thunderous but pleasing, as the thunder came from a harp and a full orchestra in a brand new, beautifully crafted concert hall: Aula Simfonia Jakarta

Located in Kemayoran area, this hall is declared by Addie M.S., the director of Twilite Orchestra, as “one of few international-standard concert halls in Jakarta”. Designed and built by Rev. Dr. Stephen Tong, this hall has placed Jakarta among great world cities with a representative concert hall, a long overdue necessity.

The first impression of the concert hall reminds one of the Brahms Saal in Musikvereingebäude (Musical Society of Austria), Vienna, with a beautiful line-up of pipe organ and paintings of famous composers on the wall. It has beautiful lighting and an excellent seating arrangement complete with balconies.

This time, the honor of testing the acoustics of the hall belongs to Rama Widi, a young and talented Indonesian harpist, performing with Twilite Orchestra on Aug. 6. Starting at 7:30 p.m., the concert features four orchestral works and two solo harp performances.

The orchestral works are Overture from Die Fledermaus by Johann Strauss Jr, Act. 1 from Gunung Agung (Dari Gunung Agung), a world premiere by Indonesia’s own Trisutji Kamal, intermezzo from “Cavalleria Rusticana” by Pietro Mascagni, and “Harp Concerto Op. 25” by Alberto Ginastera. Paragita Choir, with Aning Katamsi as soprano, performed the vocal works of Kamal’s composition. Two solo harp works, Song In The Night by Carlos Salzedo and Une Chatelaine En Sa Tour by Gabriel Faure, were performed by Rama Widi.

As the music starts, the true power of a “real” concert hall emerged. The acoustic quality of the hall burnished the performance of Twilite Orchestra, echoing every note perfectly. Strauss Jr.’s Die Fledermaus flows like a gentle stream, pleasing the audience with its crisp acoustics, matching that of the Theater An Der Wien, where this work was premiered in 1874.

The Twilite Orchestra, with Addie M.S. at the baton, seems to enjoy playing the music as well, turning it into a very entertaining show. The strings, a crucial part of this work, was performed flawlessly. As the performance ends, it seemed to be all too soon.

After the opening performance, Rama Widi came to the stage to perform two solo harp works. Rama is one of a few male harpists, who has studied the harp since 2004 under Julia Reth.

Although he is very young, his performance is very mature. Harps are unique because they have many octaves, enabling a more indepth exploration of strings, including plucking and strumming. Rama Widi explored almost every technique, especially in the first work, Song in the Night.

His youth does not deprive him of power and energy, as each melody is performed with great strength and passion. The perfect acoustic of the hall enables the audience to enjoy every detail of the solo harp, who then awards Rama Widi with a big applause at the end of his performance.

The fourth performance was a grandiose exhibition of the power of Indonesian musicians. Act 1 from Gunung Agung is a composition by Trisutji Kamal inspired by the eruption of Mount Agung in Bali
in 1963.

This composition features a complete range of instruments, including two pianos, three harps, a choir, and a set of Balinese gamelan. It is a beautiful rainbow of musical experience, from the Balinese pentatonic melodies to the Javanese-style vocals. The music itself is very rich, with many intricate details, featuring both modern and ancient pentatonic minuets.

Aning Katamsi shines like a diamond as she sings confidently with the orchestra. This performance is a showdown of Indonesia’s best talents, consisting of the pianists, Adelaide Simbolon and Levi Gunardi, choir, composer and orchestra, performed in Indonesia’s own concert hall. As the music continues to flow, the audience is gripped both by the musical Ecstasy and pride of witnessing Indonesian musical history in the making.

Two performances followed after the intermission, starting with intermezzo from Cavaleria Rusticana. Different to Strauss Jr., Mascagni emphasizes more on emotion and fingertip feeling, and this was interpreted well by the Twilite Orchestra. It was an enjoyable performance that it seemed, again, to end too soon.

The last work, Harp Concerto Op. 25 from Alberto Ginastera, was a piece not easy to perform. It is considered as contemporary classical music, and it is more of a sound experiment rather than a harmonious composition.

Nevertheless, Rama Widi on harp and Twilite Orchestra were able to amaze the audience once again with a wonderful performance, turning it into another showdown of Indonesian musical talent.

As the performance ended, it marked the beginning of a new era in Indonesia’s classical music history. With Aula Simfonia, now Indonesian musical talents have a proper place to show their talents to the world.

Today I heard the best singers in Indonesia (well I think their singing skills and stuffs are professional and the best)
called BATAVIA MADRIGAL, conducted by Avip Priatna. JCO (Jakarta Chamber Orchestra) make their first concert with them.

it was a wonderful concert! They sing many Indonesian songs and they make the songs converted/ di ubah variation untuk orchestra. :D INDONESIA you must realize that we need this CULTURE upgraded, jangan mandek di sini aja, Indonesia harus menghargai budaya seni musik sperti ini, dimana kita bs mendengar keindahan musik indonesia yg dahulu dilupakan.. even i didnt know much about the music..

there are songs called: Mande-Mande, Bengawan Solo, Jembatan Merah, Sepasang mata bola, and many more!

for every work that i havent done in His name

I pray that this Easter, the Death of Christ, the Silence of God, and the Triumph
of God (means that He have risen from the dead) gave me hope and certainty for every work that i did for His name will not be useless..

I thank God for every strength and pemeliharaan Nya hehe
because if God rest for all His work, how could i live for any longer?
Because i realize that God never rest fom any work,
i too will never rest for glorify Thy name until the time is up.

The day after tomorrow thou shall learnt how to exalt the Lord with spirit and mind.

The next next next day thou shall glorified the Lord with everything you do! Just like Joseph the son of Jacob.

Forever and ever, thou shall pray, glorify THY name with knowledge and spirit!

This is the utmost point of being a Christian. Its Easter, the most miserble, passion, the love of God shown to the world with blood and sacrifice.
(definitely not about eggs or parties)

Here goes the question:

Do you really believe that Jesus the son of God (which is our creator) have came to this world, just to serve people, to cure people who lost their way?

Did He REALLY came to this limited human history? Yes

Why bother??

He's 100% God and 100% human, do you know that when he was crucified by the pharisees which were the high priest who have the most knowledge about God?

Do you realize that the Bible, gave us remainder to see that the pharisees is the image of us?

Do you know that God can ordered thousand of angels to protect and
Destroy humanity in a second, that time?

Do you realize that God planned to DIE in the cross for the very first time that He born?

Now the last question is:
Do you understand how BIG is our (all humanity) sin that the SON of GOD must die in order to redeem us?

And do you understand that GOD could have just finished us off (like a blink of an eye) if HE'S angry? But the fact is HE doesnt finished us off, He's willing to sacrifice Himself.

therefore the people who believe in HIM will be save from the wrath of GOD.

Now this is why Christian Exalted the Lord with grateful song, hymns, psalms! Never get tired never get bored, this life is not to build successfulness for our self, who whould think that this life should be living through HIS will? Not our will anymore.

Aula Simfonia Jakarta - Indonesia akhirnya boleh berbangga hati lantaran telah berdiri sebuah aula konser simfonia bernama "Aula Simfonia Jakarta", yang berlokasi di Kemayoran, Jakarta Pusat.

Dirancang dari konsep hingga jadi oleh Dr Stephen Tong yang menjabat sebagai Principal Arsitek, sekaligus perancang akustik aula secara keseluruhan, Aula Simfonia Jakarta ini merupakan aula simfonia terbesar pertama di Indonesia berkapasitas 1.227 kursi penonton atau 1.400 termasuk pemain musik dan artis.

"Dengan adanya aula simfonia ini akan sangat memungkinkan para artis dan pemain musik terkenal baik dari dalam dan luar negeri datang dan mementaskan musik klasik dalam sebuah philharmonic orchestra," terang Dr Stephen Tong dalam acara perkenalan Aula, Kamis (15/10) malam lalu.

Perlu diketahui, sebuah aula simfonia harus memiliki suara akustik yang baik yang bisa didapat dari hasil 'direct sound', 'early reflection sound', dan 'overall reverberation', dengan kualitas kejernihan, kehangatan dan kekuatan suaranya.

Berangkat dari situ, sejak awal Aula Simfonia Jakarta dibangun dengan standar-standar ketat dan bertaraf internasional, baik dari segi suara akustiknya ataupun dari segi kegunaan fungsi aulanya.

Dengan begitu, kini Jakarta resmi memiliki sebuah aula besar untuk menikmati musik klasik dari konser solo, orchestra chamber, instrumen dan korus sampai ke simfonia besar sekaligus.

Murni dibangun dari dana swasra, Aula Simfonia Jakarta dirancang sedemikian rupa sehingga lebih dari 97% dari seluruh tempat duduk dapat melihat dengan jelas semua artis yang sedang mementas di panggung. Sisanya masih tetap melihat secara jelas 70% pandangan ke panggung tanpa mengorbankan kualitas suara akustik.

Dilengkapi sebuah Steinway and Sons Concert Grand Piano (kelas CT) dan sebuah Organ Pipa raksasa, dengan 3.217 pipa-pipa panjang mulai dari 15 cm sampai 4,9 meter dan berbobot lebih dari 10 ton, terdapat pula patung-patung berwarna emas dengan foto-foto para bintang klasik dunia, seperti Mozart, Beethoven, dan Bach menghiasi aula.

there are 3 movements. this is the first movement called Allegro. Quite fast but not too quick, but not slow :)

The pianist called Dezsö Ránki. He is a great pianist! :)

God is not our helper or maid to help us in test when we don't work for it.

God wants us to be a responsible human and do everything by maximize our strength from God, and also

lets not forget, that after all the studies, we pray and plead God to make our hardship not a waste.

Before we study, lets start with a pray;

This is the first day I played the reed's Oboe instrument.
(its the mouth piece)

and I was very excited to how I blow it in the right way.

after an hour, i couldn't even make any sounds from the reed. Its so hard, but fascinating!! :)
lets try harder!!!

But when I saw my teacher blew it, its very fun and easy, but he play oboe for many years, so i'll do my best now!

The quality of the reed is just as important as the quality of the instrument in determining the sound and function of an oboe. They are fragile and unpredictable, and while a good reed can make you feel that the oboe is the finest of all instruments, a run of bad ones can make you want to give up on the spot. Some teachers make their own reeds for their students, while others use colleagues whose reeds they like to supply what they need. It’s also possible to buy reeds ’off the shelf’ from a variety of manufacturers.

A reed is made by taking a short strip of bamboo cane, folding it in half and tying it onto a brass staple, then cutting off the tip and scraping each side evenly until the it blows easily. As a general rule, the neater and more symmetrical the reed, the better it should work.

Reeds come in various hardnesses - soft, medium-soft, medium, medium-hard and hard. Soft ones (which have the most cane scraped away) are best for beginners. When trying a reed, always firstly soak it tip down in a small pot of water for a few minutes. When you blow into the reed without making an embouchure it should make a crowing sound, and you can then go on to see how well it works in an oboe.

Oboe reeds are relatively expensive (between £10 and £15 each, approximately), and they also break easily, so it’s essential to keep them in a properly made hard case. The small cardboard boxes packed with cotton wool in which reeds sometimes arrive are not really adequate, and plastic tubes are also not ideal as they don’t allow the reed to breathe, and the tip can be damaged easily when removing or replacing the reed. For a beginner, a case with three to six slots will be plenty.
An average reed, carefully looked after, should last several weeks. It may however, require a little care and adjustment along the way. Often, the cane thickens with playing, and so the reed will need further scraping.

Today is still holiday!
what a wonderful new year! stay at home together with a whole family and eat together,
actually not only new year, but every 3 days 'harusnya' ada dinner together!

even though i'm 18 years old now, its not that i'm childish or mommy girl, but i now there is some time left to
have a family relation! This new year will be born a new fighting spirit, new transformation, new changes (to a better sides), and many more!!

Even thought there would be new challenges and new temptation (such as, eating foods, laziness, self-centered stuff) but I must face it (that will need so much prayers and help...)

Anyway, i change my hairstyle and make it straight and black hahahah (it was black). before I have no attention to change it, but when i tried to make it straight once, my mom said its pretty good for me, so i'd decide to make it straight for permanently.. hahaha

anyway, I was hoping that this new semester will be full of studying spirit! I want to study more about law! I was shocked that my friends all are very good studi-ers, I will not lose to them! :D

well i heard a saying that, 'when a 30-years old man is smart and diligence, when he is 60-years old, the smart is double!'
so i think my brain needs more training and practice, so i will be not a stupid slow old woman later :D

o yeah, i almost forgot, i guess it was from an inspiration by John Calvin, he is a very smart man full of fighting spirit and also a master of law!! it was interesting to know that he was used fully by God to spread the gospel for many intelligent people in greek, :D its wonderfull!!

And last week, i went to a movie and watch Sherlock Holmes! it was FABULOUS! I was suprised, that there were a smart and very so scientific man like him to solve cases, so i decided to search and bought or borrow Sherlock holmes novels by Conan Doyle! :D yeaah :D

a birthday

LIA AND ME :)

this is wen we had a birthday days ago, it was family lunch together and i'm very happy.
But a birthday remind us about our life-time.

everyone have life-span, but we don't know how much longer could we live.
And I know one thing, that my life already decreased a year again, it was very quick.
and i bare a responsibility of my life that being given by God.

from I was born until now,,
what things I've done to glorify God?
What things I've done to do what I supposed to be?
What things I need to do for the next hour that being given?

so, I must always remind my self, that now I live a life responsibly at the eyes of God.

well, its not the time to be celebrating overly over a birthday, (such as parties..)
but birthday is to remind us, that the time was running out, how can we live responsibly to God?

responsible at what?

at how you live your life as a True Christian ( it means, you know what you believe to, which is God, and
keep His words and do it, not to mention how you act, talk to everyone is what you are)

at how you serve God in your life (like going to church every week? no! going to Church will not save you! trust me :)

TEN WISE ADVICE FOR HEALTHY LIFE

even though sometimes i forgot these advice, i still wanted to tell you! :)
well, i got these advice from my mom, and she gave me a book about it!

letssee :)

FIRST
Eat a LOT vegies and fruits!! :) especially vitamin C, E , everything!
purpose: to digest through intestines smoothly~ and prevent constipation!

SECOND
Reduce foods that contain FAT! F-A-T!! (I always AVOID fat most of the time too!)
purpose: decreased fat in blood artery became health! (fat in blood arteries could caused diseases
such as stroke, obesity and etc...)

THIRD
Eat REGULARLY, do not eat and drink immoderately! (dont try diet overly! it would lead you into diseases again and the last not least is to DEATH) and don't forget to avoid any SNACKS
purpose: smooth digestion~~~ = healthy and fresh~

FOURTH
DO not be TOO choosy of foods.
purpose: GIve body adequate vitamins and balance nutrition. :D

FIFTH
foods shouldn't be TOO salty, better if insipid a bit...
purpose: no salth mineral surplus and make blood artery bcomes healthy. (remember that!) :D

SIXTH
GET used to drink BOILED water!!~~
purpose: could maintain moisture and radiant face! (women! dont ever forget that! hahahaha)

SEVENTH
AVOID alcohol and CIGARETTES (bah, if you choose to pick one of them, forget about this healthy advice stuff, no use for you! say NO to them ok!)
purpose: prevent HEART and LUNG diseases, relax and carefree~~~ free against them!!

EIGHTH
DO a LOT of SPORTSSS!! (there are many kinds of them, i'll tell you below)
purpose: strong and healthy body (it doesn't mean to make a big masculine body ok!), healthy liver, fresh, and relaxing mind.

NINTH
Balance time for working and rest!
purpose: Discipline your LIFE harmoniously in body and mind! :D say no to lazynessss~~

TENTH
HOLD your WRATH and ANGER, and always smile and laugh~~ :D
purpose: Relieved heart and mind, love one another!

this was in japan, where i took the bullet train to tokyo from kyoto i guess :) its like in the movie, where people killed them selves by standing in the middle of the railways :(
the astray lamb whose forgot their purpose in life, defeated by their own burden and un-statisfieth soul... :(

This is mt.fuji, still a bit foggy, coz half an hour ago, still rainning :(( too bad, i cant saw the mtfuji clearly!!! but it still be a great view!! :)

tokyo disneyland. its quite fun but, too much crazy couples in there, they were crazy about fairy tales and such things and forgetting their own reality! scary :( almost 50% of the people in there going to disneyland almost every weekdays and weekend? :(

people searching fun and excitement all the time, where is hardwork? where is faith? where is truth and reality?

Today i was helping lia to bnerin phone nya,, mo pun it dosnt work out well
yah gpp lah, anyway,
kmrn kmren i got a great holiday :) well for me it is :D
together with my family ke spore and got big memoriess :)
altough my mom still abit sick, no worries!

But wen i think now, i am a very lucky girl yg still livibg rite now,
and a thought passed in my mind saying:
" im a lucky girl, i really thank God for Thou grace until now,
well but! Do i really pantas to hav this memorable week?
Altough mny people msi berjuang fighting to preah the gospel of peace?

bible camp 2009

So here's my storii
Wen i was so iddle in one day of my holiday, my fren chat with me lgs saat gw ol di ym,
So she asked me wether i want to help a Bible camp yg slasa ini mule tgl 16 and i was
Thinking, 1. Might be fun 2.tiring asnd boring 3, lazyness excusesss
And suddnly i sed 'yes'
So i giv it a go!

The first day i was helping those little kids baggss and luggage ke atas lantai 4 with stairs
Naik turub naik turun, and some of them were shy, nice, jutek, cute, sombong , etc
Pokoknya mpe gobyos! Tp cukup seru!

Next it was the bigining of grouping time, mine was "matias" group 11
10 anak" kecil lucu, 7 were boys and 3 were girls, luckily, 1 laoshi breng grup mine and my fren too
So i was not alone! It was vey interesting kenalan and ajak ngbrl mrrka, mo pun mreka kadang
Ga bisa diem, lari lari mulu "rggh" so i tried my best to be a laoshi juga, apa lgi the first time
I was bejng called by them like : "laoshi! Tolongin bukain minum donk!" or "laoshi blh,,, " or " lapshi ini.."
They were so cuttee and interesting kids, and today i realized one of them r twins! But i culdny sucessfully
Took a picture wit them! Awhhh thy were jason and james!

I felt my responsible came up into my mind wen i talk, i do, around them, coz i dont want to be
A bad laoshi example rite?

So after all things passed, i got many kind of experience today and yesterday just
Ikutin this bible camp! Amazing! What a wonderful chance i got, and i thankful to my Lord for this,,

magang week

today, let me tell u another extraordinary normal experience i had last week till monday the 1st of June. :)

harusnya magang gw 2 minggu, but! minggu pertama i got 'sick' (yah bkn berat) scara
kena operasi ngambil gigi lagi and got really big bengkak on my cheek, i have the photo but i will never showed people -_-"

yah pokoknya i get better slama 1 smiggu, and hari senin, i told my teacher that
i could start the magang, trus and she sed that i can start at menara matahari di karawaci deket uph. so Besoknya gw dateng pagi". at 7 oclock. and guess waht?
karna tralu excited so the coordinator nya pun blom dtg! :(

trus gw ma lia nunnguin di dpn times (yg blm buka juga) and jam stgh 9 gw dtg lagi, and akirnya ketmu ma Ibu Dwi. (or Dewi?) yah gt lah, and i found out that i must go ALONE to another matahari office di gajamada. and

the first time gw naik OJEK sendiri and i spend 10 ribu. it was fascinating. coz
i thought this 'abang"' was kinda scary on the face, and i got into a very
ackward there, and at last i ajak-ajak ngomg gt, and he was a good guy! *sigh*

(thanks God) and akirnya saat itu gw ga bs bayar, ga ada 10rb an, so gw minta orng nya nuggu btr, (with a smile ofcourse) trus trnyata org nya sabar juga! gw cari sapa aja yg ga dikenal untuk nuker uang, and i found a person which is pak satpam sana mo minjemin! thnks pak! trus its over..

and saat ktmu ma manager personalia disana, i ngomg" ngelapor gt deh, and he was
guessing me as a new KARYawan gt, and masuk ke ruangan introducing matahari scr formal, so many people di situ... --"

i was alone, starnger, feeling alien bgt, tp jam 10an gt break 15 min, trs bilang ke pak managernya lagi, and trnyata dia sala guess (sigh)

trs finally i got to see my friends. which r dave ma be-a. yah untungnya ada yg kenal..

and i work... and bengong.. and work... and dengerin musik.. and working on pin balls.. lol.

trs slasa until senin lagi, i work as a KASIR di matahari dept store karawaci new generation... :) (no comment lah... capek...)

today, gw ke skola kyk biasa, and pulang nya abiz exercise and etc (girl things) and finally di dpn komputer bc novel and forgot to have shower and etc. aaaa!!
novel makes me forgot time? NOOONN! ga bole, i need to study padaal, bsk masi US! (ulangan skola) and maupun btr lg holiday, tetep hrs bljr no malesness! (soalnya play have time, study have time, sleep have time) and skrg MY TIME is ruined!!

status: tiring
penyebab: novels
akibat: forget time, no study study, sleepy eyes? (baggy eyes?)

i need help!!

Yesterday, maupun udah 4 hari yg lalu... or 5.. i still remember it..

i practice putting in golf thing, with my dad, mom and lia get some photos of me :)
its really fun and enjoyable. coz this is my chance to talk and get time closer with my family (coz too much time spending for computers and hws and school)..

The word easter,
make us remembering something really important in our life dont it?
well, lets see.
did the word 'sacrifice' and 'Jesus the lamb of God' words makes us realized something?

shall we celebrate the Easter with eggs?
yes. but what is the real meaning of Easter?

its not only an egg celebration and happy-happy go lucky event.
do u know that Jesus the son of God, sent here (although He's the God) and went here to this (sicko) human world, just to sacrifice Himself, not to be served as a King but to serve.

that is reallllyyy 'SOMETHING' bgt kan?

He IS THE GOD, He CREATED this entire living things and entire world and universe, the CREATOR of us, is coming down to the creation world just to sacrifice? wow..
gila apa? koq mau-maunya yah?
padaal, HE already have anything everything ETERNITY all of things UP THERE, but dengan cape-cape koq mau yah ke world of limitation yah???
just to cleanse and sacrifice for us filthy and so-un-cute human beings?

so the main point is, how lucky we ARE as the people who realized that HE (our CREATOR) wanting to nebus kita yang.. (which we are already a mere-sinner and our only hope is to go down there 'hell' people called it). and bcoz HE given His life to cleanse our sins. and now, we are a new person yang udah ada hope untuk ke eternal life with HIM. so whats next?

masi mau seneng-seneng? have fun? while HE tried to di salib and menebus kita?
wait.. letsee, celebrate with party and screaming and singing like no grateful feelings?

so here the problem, we human always always forget what's our purpose of being di ciptain oleh Nya, and now, we just having fun and wait to be a dead body and will seeing HIM with shocking eyes. (like this o_0)

we r here 2 Glorify Him and do what HE wanted us to do (everyone hav it for sure!)
and actually we must be VERY REALLY TOTALLY grateful to know GOD as our Creator is now have risen (later after 3 days!). the evil will lose.

we hav purpose in here in earth, not to do what we want, but what HE want. :)
its hard really, (smpe skrg tetep berjuang keras loh) and susah bgt to denied ur self, but we SHOULD and WE MUST coz, buat apa hidup untuk seneng-seneng with no purpose and will die and go to hell?

padaal He already give us chances, HOPE (light), to have eternal life with HIM yang MEMIKUL SALIB juga mengikut HIM and that means?

i kinda in the angry moment, people started saying dirty things freely while, they dosnt understand what it means to the listener, so i jes dont reply it, and awkwardness came, i wanted to say, 'is that even important to say?'

its meaningless, and its rubbisshh :(
oh please, stop that kind of manner, ur already 17 years old. yeah, i do accept the facqs that i also still not mature enuff, but i know one thing, i dont talk like dat to people un-necessarily.

Today, im still in the library, again ga bs buka inet di ruma. so i jes post here hehe... weekend ini for me is Fantastico! :D i ikut the WRF and some of the Theology Symposium in Kemayoran for celebrating the 500th memmoration of JOHN CALVIN. Which is really nice.. to hear some famous Prof. Dr from over the world talking about JOHN CALVIN.

okay, i really do respect all people there giving speech and so on, and i was just 'cengo' listened to them.. (some minutes i asleep coz i dont understand what the prof. Dr. Peter Jones talking about which i finally realized its only an introduction for 105 minutes?) and, i got many kind of minds rite now that i cant possibly explained. its really suprisingly and knowledgely for me? :)

Thx Professor and thx for all the speaker! :)

anyway, for another B-I-G news for me is:
1. 2 weeks for UN (20th april)
2. Easter! when Jesus died and risen!
3. HOLIDAY mendekat!
4. and so on..

di greja td, denger kotbah ev. Diana Ruth. its really shocking and somewhat i realized something new that change my mind.
This zaman emang really hard... byk arus" technology yg besar kuat, ngebuat kita ga punya prinsip and komitmen kuat. as a Christian Teenager pun kita 'almost-the-same-as- other-teenager' acts. and kita hrs nya bs jd teladan yg different for our friends yg ikutin jaman ini. trus pa lagi coz this zaman yg da change bgt, byk org takut terikat dengan sesuatu jd ga konsisten, ga suka dikoreksi (cth: pkoknya my thinking is rite klo yg lain ga ditrima n ga dikpikirin), maunya kotbah" tuh seturut dengan jalan pikiran kita (makanya byk org ngantuk di greja" ato di kotbah" yg butuh konsentrasi fokus yg cukup.

our mind udah di rusak ma techno skrg,
coba deh ke greja and dengerin kotbah yg (bukan yg cmn 20 menit yg gt"aja and really dangkal) lebih bermakna, apakah teenagers skrg bs bertahan konsentrasi mendengarkan
mau di koreksi, realizing something??
that gejala 'ngantuk'yg terjadi, itu biasanya krna kita ga stuju dengn kotbah tsb and maunya sejalan dengan pikiran kita (yg dikira bener) and satulagi karena we didnt understand or even we don't LISTEN to what they say.

the most 'pencobaan' yg ga bs diketahuin ato dikontrol org lain is OUR MIND.
where is your mind go when dengerin kotbah di greja?????
after church, masi inget kotbah nya? or even thinking about it at home??
or revising your self?

another thing I get today is, i realized that i sometimes as a human di zaman ini, suka ngebuat something 'un-essential' became 'essential'.
whats that something about?
its, the thinking inside me, masa, like some of the people i knew, they wanted to pacaran (going out wit somebody) for playing at them?
IS THAT EVEN ESSENTIAL for us? (only for kepuasan personal)
its not. definitely.
arghh
kita seharus nya sebagai manusia yg dicipta oleh our CREATOR our God. seharusnya Glorifying HIM in our life with the talents HE gave to us.
malahan because of this zaman, our thoughts, became changing...
such as: 'kejar" someone we like' , punya ipod, BB, or punya technology terbaru, pake baju branded, punya mobil keren, punya jam tangan keren, and others...

is that even essential to us? its not ...
its that kind of things or doings punya makna? (like bkalan di puji, bs dibanggain or others?) its not..

kita hrsnya punya prinsip dasar and komitmen kuat yg center nya is GOD. the KINGDOM OF GOD. check => matthew 7 :6 ( this is the example, kita suka ngubah something un-essential to essantial. like anjing aja di kasi mutiara? for?)

we must know the secondary and the primary. which is which.
and we must know the MUTLAK thing and thats is what we pegang in our life.
and we must know the NILAI of something we do and the thing. THat is why i always want to say, GOD is the center of us. not the un-essential things.. un-necessary.

for example: Luke 10:38-42
Maria knew the essential, important thing to do. but Martha doesnt. She just sibuk sendiri and didnt know the important thing she must do first. Which is listening to the 'words of life' (mean: Firman Tuhan).
emg sih playanan juga necessary but in the right time.

and I hope and pray to God, for: GET WISER (like Salomo)
so i can be a person who know nilai and things are necessary for me, di Hadapan Tuhan. :)

Today, gw seneng bgt!:) soalnya baru pulang dr rekoleksi! N sampe di ruma lgs sakit flu?
Yah pokoknya its still can be enjoyed lah. Trus lgs stress-out bljr MATH! Huh dikiranya mo TRYOUT sabtu lgs.

Ternyata… GA JADI TRYOUT! DIGANTI JD FeB NANTI! (Thank you God) and tiba-tiba, im feeling better and better. Karna langsung mandi and langsung di blow ma my mom trs langsung pk sweater.
And now Im healthy lagi!! :)

trs kmrn malem di telfun dr greja, and im being asked to do service for this week! SO I gladly accepted it and langsung happy bgt!! (Glorified Almighty God forever and ever!)

And akhirnya hr ini aku jadi ke dokter muka! Huh harus dipencetin jrawatny (socalled facial) and mera deh. T_T but I know this is for making my face smooter later. So skrg hrs sakit-sakitan dlu huhu..

And btw I must be more prepared nih buat pre-uan di skola tgl 2!!! SOSIO AND BI HERE I COME! Mau pun ini sound simple, tp sosio afalan ny sejuban and BI is LICIK so, preparing mental and otak btuh waktu.

Byk bgt goal yg da ku buat for UN karna I know that I must pass all of this exam and trussss bljr mpe bs menjadi orang yang more more (how I called it ya…?) bijaksana and mature :) heheheheheheheheheh

today. im so happy. :)
coz, i meet a new little girl called Jessica. Baru 3 taun and she's my big big big family's relation . pokokny she called me auntie. hahaah
but dya syangnya ga bs bhs eng, cmn bs germany, so slalu miss-comunication.. haha
masa dya bw barbie mlu and i got a dog doll, which we chat using dat.
she sed somethng in german and i just like 'rough!2x' and sed 'please use english! i dont understand' slowly. hahahahah

ok..

the next thing is,

my teeth getting MUCH MUCH better now. da ga gt bengkak. and gw br tau dat, HRS NYA pertama abiz operation nya hrs di kompress ma ice, but the doctor lupa bilang, and sed sorry td abiz operation nya lia. and now... lia jauuu lebi mending dr gw. tp, i know this is a wierd experience and i learn from my faults. heheh

is to: DENIED YOURSELF coz, begitu byk nafsu and cobaan yg ngebuat kita sbgai manusia ga puas puas, so we need to menyangkal diri supaya WE NOT DO SOMETHING WE LIKE but THE RIGHT thing WE MUST DO.
mo pun lo sukaaaaaaaaa bgt do something which is not healthy ( or et ce tra ) dont do it but try to DENY IT, because its not RIGHT. the right thing must be known first.

yesterday was a total nightmare.
I was being told by the doctor that some kind of danger lies in the future coz my teeth bungsu muncul which is un-necessary . and thats y they prepared an operation for took that teeth inside my gusi. aaaaaaaargh.. thats so like nightmare for me.
like my mom was depreessedd more than me, but i just face it through. and finally i did passed all of that, and finally it membengkak all my left pipi. :(
and now... i had a rough rough day... i cant talk too much, i cant sing even i cant open my mouth too wide.. thats hurts.

actually its better this way if i thought it positively..
i cant say bad words or even cant mad with others. and i can eat many delicious soup..
T_T and the best thing is that i can practicing to hold my 'napsu makan' for 2 weeks or 1 weeks more. :)

btw.. 2 days and its already school. preparing for UN!!!!!

for those who will have UN this year, may we be BURN by the flame of SMANGAT and
we do our best and pray to God so all of UN can be PASS and without cheat.

I just want to say that,

God gave us a really BIG amazing grace to us all. Thanks be to God! :)

in this new year, i want to tell you all about BAD news and good news.

the bad news is that its not like "YEA I LOVE NEW YEAR, finally its 2009!" but it must be like "oh.. its already new year? umur ku berkurang staun lagi deh..."

and i want you 2 know that what is 'justice'?
Plato said that justice is someone who can do/ work on something with their talent which they got it from God.

so here the main point is that:

The PEOPLE who being given a LOT of Talents, they will be 'dituntut' or sued by HIM-WHO-GIVE-those-talent A LOT too.
and the PEOPLE who being given a little talents to work on, they must be responsible to those talents and being sued again a little too. IN this era, people just like to be lazy? and really like to have fun rite? but actually everybody needs to know and understand that you all got talents (included hidden talents) and you must responsible to it by maximize those talents which given by God. and by maximize it you will bring magnificence to God. :)

and for those were born stupid or anything, dont say "its not fair GOD!, im stupid and my friend is a genius!" (human never satisfied arent they?) coz God have THee's own will for human, and Thee is our creator, He can do what He wants to do. for example: a silver-maker making some 'Rolex' and a spoon, and that spoon want to say to the silver-maker "why me became a spoon?" that would be weird coz, it depends on the Creator rite?

People have relative different responsibility for their own talents! But we also must remember that we've being given a MUCH grace for a foundation by GOD dont forget to say thanks! :)

so here the list we must know to spend our time for this new 2009 year:
- To Glorify God (of course its our (as human) must ever do, thats why we have being created)
- DIG UP UR Talents
- MAXIMIZE your life (not the negative side) but on the positive side, it means that we must work hard on our talents so later when the time is up and we will being judge by God..
- YOUR PRESENCE can be the light of the world. (not only do something 'good' but to introduce GOD to the people who havent heard him..

so thats it.
Thats the gospel i listened yesterday on 1.1.2009.
btw, for people have many responsiblities for their own talents, GOOD LUCK!

and one thing to say, the most EVIL thing in our hearts is 'LAZYNESS'
please avoid it ok..

BTW. kmaren (24th dec 2008) was the most most most PRECIOUS MEMORY and also most GRACIOUS DAY of my 2008 life which is KKR NATAL 2008 by Pdt Stephen Tong with the title 'TUHAN DALAM SEJARAH') .
